You may browse products, manage an available customer account, place orders and contact us for legitimate personal shopping and support purposes.

Do not use the site to commit fraud, impersonate another person, submit unlawful content, interfere with checkout or security, introduce malicious software, access accounts without permission or collect others’ information unlawfully.

If account features are available, keep your credentials confidential and provide accurate information. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account activity.
Website materials
Our original brand materials, photographs, written content, graphics and site design are protected as applicable. You may not reuse them commercially without permission except where law permits. Product information may be corrected or updated.

Separate purchase policies
Order processing is within 7 business days after payment confirmation; standard U.S. transit is normally 10–15 business days after dispatch; eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery; approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days.
