When contacting us about a purchase, please include your order number and the email address used at checkout. For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, attach clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label when available.
- Address changes or cancellation requests: contact us promptly before dispatch; changes may not be possible once fulfillment has begun.
- Order processing and dispatch: within 7 business days after payment confirmation.
- Standard U.S. transit: normally 10–15 business days after dispatch.
- Eligible return request: within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery.
