Terms and Conditions

Effective October 21, 2026. These terms govern purchases made at breviof.com. Read them together with the Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Payment & Security page and Privacy Policy. Nothing here excludes rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

01 / OPERATOR

Who sells the products

Breviof™ is operated by Guangzhou Luowujing E-commerce Co., Ltd. “We” and “us” refer to that operator; “you” refers to the customer. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these purchase terms, subject to applicable law.

02 / PRODUCTS

Product information

Review each listing for dimensions, material, finish, installation and care instructions. Images and descriptions are presented with reasonable care, but appearance may vary slightly with lighting and display settings. A travertine-inspired appearance is not a guarantee of natural-stone composition unless expressly stated in the listing.

03 / PRICE

Pricing and availability

The applicable currency, item price, shipping charge, taxes where applicable, discounts and final total are shown at checkout. Availability and prices may change before an order is placed. If a clear technical or pricing error occurs, we will contact you to resolve it before fulfillment, including a refund where appropriate.

04 / ORDERS

Order acceptance

Orders require successful payment authorization and may be reviewed for stock, address accuracy, fraud or legal restrictions. We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason and refund amounts captured for items we cannot supply.

05 / PAYMENT

Checkout and payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Providers may perform verification and apply their own terms. Never send complete card numbers or security codes to our customer-support email.

06 / DELIVERY

Processing and shipping

We process and dispatch orders within 7 business days after payment confirmation. Standard U.S. transit normally takes 10–15 business days after dispatch. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

07 / CHANGES

Address changes and cancellations

Contact us promptly if order details need correction. We will make reasonable efforts before fulfillment, but may not be able to alter an order after packing or dispatch.

08 / RETURNS

Returns and refunds

Eligible return requests must be initiated within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days after approval; provider posting may take longer. Follow the Return & Refund Policy and obtain a return destination before shipping an item back.

09 / RESPONSIBILITY

Product use and installation

Follow product-specific handling, care and mounting instructions. Use suitable hardware and seek qualified installation assistance where needed, particularly for heavier wall pieces. This does not limit statutory product or consumer rights.

10 / SUPPORT

Questions and changes

Contact service@breviof.com about an order. We may update these terms for future orders; the version made available at the time of an order is relevant to that purchase, subject to applicable law.
